Serdar Dundar -
CEng, FICE, FIStructE, MHKIE, MSc, BSc
​
​Serdar is a civil and structural engineer with over 25 years of international experience covering a range of technically complex multi-disciplinary projects in the infrastructure and building industries. His passion lies in developing safe and efficient construction methods along with cost-effective design of both temporary and permanent works.
​
Serdar has led engineering design teams at prominent consultants and contractors such as Prota, Benaim, Aecom, Gammon Construction, and Wentworth House Partnership. ​​Notable projects include the Pristina Airport in Kosovo, Underground Stations constructed with top-down method in Warsaw, Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link Viaducts and the Cut and Cover Tunnel and Launching Shaft for Trunk Road T2 in Hong Kong.

He thrives on technically challenging, complex projects where integrating design and construction matters most. He maintains a hands-on approach to engineering design, focusing on innovations that de-risk the program and deliver cost savings.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS
Serdar Dundar is a Fellow of both the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers, as well as a Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

He obtained membership with The Academy of Experts as a Practising Associate Member in 2024 and have also been added to the IStructE Expert Witness Register.
